  I think that everything posted made a ton of sense. However,
  what about this? what if you typed a catchier title? I mean,
  I don't want to tell you how to run your blog, however what
  if you added a title that grabbed people's attention? I mean Business Support Helpdesk
  is a little boring. You should peek at Yahoo's home page and see how they
  create news headlines to grab people to open the links.
  You might try adding a video or a picture or two to grab readers excited about everything've written. Just my opinion,
  it could make your posts a little bit more interesting.
